上海大学第一届国际学生高峰论坛通知
汉语国际教育是推动中国语言文化国际传播,从而提高中国与世界各国间文化交流质量的重要平台,也是促进文化繁荣和提升国家形象的有效途径。为深入探讨汉语国际教育的跨学科内涵,提升留学生培养水平,搭建中外学生间的交流对话平台,上海大学国际交流学院拟与研究生院、教务处、文学院和外国语学院联合举办上海大学第一届国际学生高峰论坛,现就有关事项通知如下:
一、时间:2014年6月15日上午8:16
二、地点:上海大学校本部乐乎新楼
三、形式:高峰论坛将采取专题报告、主题发言与分组讨论相结合的形式,讨论语言为英语或汉语。

International Chinese Language Education is playing an increasingly important role in the promotion of cross-cultural communication between China and the rest of the world. In order to facilitate better understanding of Chinese culture and strengthen the cross-cultural communication between international and Chinese students, Shanghai University will hold the first International Students’ Summit Forum in June 2014.
Shanghai University is a cradle for the growth of international students and the Internationalization Strategy enjoys top priority among the strategies of the University. College of International Exchange (CIE) of Shanghai University is striving to cultivate best talents and promote an international campus culture. Therefore, we will hold the first International Students’ Summit Forum jointly with Graduate School, Academic Affairs Office, College of Liberal Arts and School of Foreign Languages.
Our theme of this Forum is “China and the World in the 21st Century.” The topics include (but not limited to):
1. International relations
2. China and globalization
3. Chinese and world literature & culture
4. Cross-cultural communication in the 21st century
5. Image of China and Chinese in the overseas media
6. International students’ experience in China
7. Self-improvement and innovation of college students in the 21st century
