Sajid Bashir，毕业于英国华威大学，获分析化学博士学位，美国德州农工大学金斯维尔分校副教授，美国能源部及国家自然基金联合资助教师及学生团队成员(2011 - 2013)。主持和参与十多项美国国立卫生研究院、德州沃尔克基金、德州劳工协会资助的科研及教学项目。参与合著书刊部分章节，是多种国际期刊的评审员，并在不同科学会议上发表十多个学术演讲，是英国皇家化学协会会士、注册化学家及注册科学家、西格玛赛特邀成员。
报告人简介(英文) ：
Sajid Bashir is an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Faculty and Student Team fellow at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (2011-2013). He has directed and participated in (>10) projects supported by the US National Institute of Health, Welch Foundation, Texas Workforce commission, and TAMUK. He has co-authored book chapters and peer reviewed journal articles and delivered more than a dozen presentations at various scientific conferences. He is also a fellow and Chartered Chemist (CChem.) of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSChem) as well as a Chartered Scientists (CSci).
