报告内容简介：Preparation and analysis of enantiomers (optical isomers) with a high enantiomeric excess (ee) have significantly advanced in the past three decades, and today most chiral compounds can be analyzed by chromatographic methods including gas chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Among these, the HPLC with chiral stationary phases or chiral columns can cover the both analytical and preparative enantioseparations of the broadest range of compounds, and nearly 80% of ee determinations have been performed by this method. In my lecture, I will explain the development, characteristics, and application of the chiral HPLC.
报告人简介：Yoshio Okamoto教授先后于1964年、1966年和1969年在日本大阪大学获得本科、硕士和博士学位，随后在美国密歇根大学Charles G. Overberger教授组从事两年博士后研究。1990年作为全职教授在日本名古屋大学工作，并与2004年退休。随后被名古屋大学先后以客座教授及特邀教授身份聘用至今。同时自2007年至今，在哈尔滨工程大学担任讲座教授。研究兴趣主要包括：聚合反应中的立体控制及通过HPLC技术分析光活性聚合物和对映体分离等。
