Understanding Changes and Transformation in the “New Middle East”

        布里哈·拿撒乐（Brikha H. S. Nasoraia）博士、教授，澳洲悉尼大学阿拉伯、古代闪米特学（语言与文明）以及宗教史教授。迄今为止，他已经获得了五个博士学位。他是澳大利亚哲学家，学术领域和社会活动家，作家，公共知识分子，杰出的领袖人物。他是国际曼达教、拿撒乐派最高委员会主席，以及澳洲曼达教灵性委员会主席。拿撒乐教授是巴格达大学研究生课程曼达学与闪米特学的创办者。他也是世界瑜伽学会的国际顾问。拿撒乐教授对包括灵知主义宗教、基督宗教、犹太教、伊斯兰教、佛教以及印度教等多元传统在学术上作出了杰出的贡献。

内容概要：
        The recent conflict and transformation in the Middle East had captured the focus of the world. What is not understood by the general public is the seriousness of the current situation, and what the consequences of the coming changes might be. There are many factors and motivations standing behind these changes. This paper aims to study the recent changes in the Middle East. It will focus on rereading the (unseen) scenarios of the recent transformation and the future of this important region within the wider global picture. This presentation is adapted from my recent book (entitled, Speaking the “Unspeakable”: Understanding Changes and Transformation in the Middle East, to be published this year), which responds to this problematic by ‘re-worlding’ everything through a reading of the history of the Western vision to influence the globe and continue  their control to the Middle East.
        最近在中东的冲突和转型成为了世界的焦点。公众并没有意识到当前形势的严重性，以及接踵而来的变化将会导致的后果。这些变化背后有着诸多的因素和动机。本文旨在研究中东近期的变化，侧重于从更广泛的全球视野来重新解读最近以及未来这一重要地区的转型背后的境况。
