Submission of Papers:
You are welcome to submit an abstract with max 300 words that cover the topic, experimental approach, results and conclusions for the paper by April 30, 2004 to Dr Jianhua Zhang at smit@mail.shu.edu.cn. Final paper is requested by May 20, 2004.
