Multimedia Studio was established in 2001 based on the multimedia technique and producing of artistic design. It belongs to the Center of Public Art. The studio created a multimedia teaching VCD of Chinese Archaic Fine Arts which won the awards.

Now the main focus of the studio is doing researches and study on the graduate level, which keeps hearty energy and epoch's sensitivity in the studio. The studio has carried out many tasks of multimedia teaching, research, art producing of the college and projects of art design in the city of Shanghai. The objectives are to train students with highly social responsibilities and innovative consciousness to master the advanced multimedia technique.

Academic Objectives
Students should skillfully master the computer, network technique, applied planes, medium and language of 3-D cartoon modeling, technique of digital photography, they also should be competent for the design of electronic publications, networks and 2-D or 3-D cartoon design, the ability of programming according to the requirement of art research items is also needed.
